Made to order Cryopreserved HemaPrime™ Leukopaks are processed from a full fresh leukapheresis collection (modal to fresh Ikp language). Due to donor inherent variability, white blood cell yields from a full leukapheresis collection are variable, typically yielding multiple cryo-bags with a standard specification of 2-2.5 billion TNCs per bag. With a consistent manufacturing process between our Hema Prime™ and GMP-compliant products (CliniPrime™ and GMPrime™) you can transition from RUO to GMP-compliant cellular starting materials as your program advances to the clinic and commercialization.
